Westchester CA real estate is hot, hot, hot! In Westchester CA today, there are 41 properties for sale (↑0 since my last report) from $399,000 to $1,499,000, and 2 properties for rent (↓1) starting from $2600.
Venice 90291 is an eclectic beach community that traces its roots to land developer Abbot Kinney, a well-traveled businessman who sought to share his love of culture with Los Angelenos in the early 1920’s.
Bounded on the South by Washington Boulevard and the Venice Pier, on the north by Navy/Dewy Streets and on the east (give or take a few blocks on the south end) by Walgrove Avenue, Venice boasts Muscle Beach, Ocean Front Walk (more casually known as the “Venice Boardwalk”), acclaimed surf hotspot Venice Breakwater, the Venice Pier and other sports and water-oriented landmarks.
Venice has always been known as a hangout for the creative and the artistic. More recently, digital tech types have flocked to Venice and Santa Monica to form what is increasingly becoming known as Silicon Beach.

Beautiful Santa Monica, California is a world-famous beachfront community located in the heart of Silicon Beach. It’s strategically located within miles of other Silicon Beach communities, including Marina del Rey, Venice and Playa Vista.
SaMo is filled with beachfront restaurants, upscale shopping, public and private schools and a number of well-known attractions like the Santa Monica pier and beach. Most conveniences are all within walking distance of each other, but definitely within beach cruiser distance. When it comes to Santa Monica real estate there are two areas in particular that offer some of the best values to be had in Santa Monica: the laid back Ocean Park and the friendly, close-knit community of Sunset Park. In Santa Monica you’ll find a blend of affluent neighborhoods and more affordable options too.
